- Guarantee outcomes
- Represent you to any company or authority
- File complaints on your behalf
- Verify the accuracy of information you provide
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure all information you provide is accurate
- Review generated letters before sending
- Not upload illegal, harmful or unlawful content
- Not misuse the service for harassment or spam
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. AI-Generated Content
You understand that:
- AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies
- You must verify all content
- ResolveForge is not liable for errors in generated documents
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid features require an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:
- Stripe processes your payment
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You may cancel at any time
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Abuse the platform
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Upload harmful content
- Use the system for automated mass complaints
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee complaint outcomes
- You assume responsibility for how you use generated text
- The platform is provided "as is".
