These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResolveForge. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ResolveForge is a tool for automating complaint drafting, DSAR requests and case bundle generation. ResolveForge is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally capable of entering contracts
  • Using the platform for personal or business complaint handling

3. Nature of the Service

ResolveForge provides:

  • Automated draft letters using AI
  • Follow-up and escalation drafting
  • DSAR request templates
  • Complaint management features
  • Case bundle PDF generation
  • Document uploads

We do NOT:

  • Provide legal advice
  • Guarantee outcomes
  • Represent you to any company or authority
  • File complaints on your behalf
  • Verify the accuracy of information you provide

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Ensure all information you provide is accurate
  • Review generated letters before sending
  • Not upload illegal, harmful or unlawful content
  • Not misuse the service for harassment or spam
  • Respect intellectual property rights

5. AI-Generated Content

You understand that:

  • AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies
  • You must verify all content
  • ResolveForge is not liable for errors in generated documents

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid features require an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Stripe processes your payment
  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You may cancel at any time
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Abuse the platform
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Upload harmful content
  • Use the system for automated mass complaints

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee complaint outcomes
  • You assume responsibility for how you use generated text
  • The platform is provided "as is".

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
